REFUND & DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY

OVERVIEW

At USay Cards, we are committed to providing meaningful, high-quality digital products and a clear purchasing experience. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.


DIGITAL PRODUCTS (eCARDS)

All USay Cards eCards are digital products delivered electronically after purchase.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the eCard has been delivered or accessed.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital purchases under any circumstances, including change of mind, accidental purchase, or misunderstanding of product type.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving immediate access to a digital product.


TECHNICAL ISSUES

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your eCard, please contact us within 72 hours of purchase.

We will work with you to ensure you receive your product as intended. This may include re-sending delivery links or providing access assistance.


BULK PHYSICAL ORDERS

Physical cards are sold in bulk quantities of 30 or more through a direct ordering process.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges for physical orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the order and agreement.


DIGITAL USE LICENSE

When you purchase a USay Cards eCard, you are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the card.

You may send the eCard to your intended recipient for personal use.

You may not resell the eCard, share or forward the digital file to others, distribute the eCard publicly, post or upload the eCard or any portion of it on social media platforms, use the eCard in any commercial or promotional context, or incorporate the eCard into personal or professional projects, including content, designs, videos, templates, or other media.

All content remains the intellectual property of USay Cards.

All written content is original, personally authored, and solely owned by Lisa Banks.
