What is a USay eCard?
A USay eCard is a thoughtfully designed digital greeting card delivered as a video file for one special recipient. It allows you to share meaningful words and emotion in a beautiful, intentional format.

What format are the eCards?
USay eCards are high-quality video files that play on any device — phone, tablet, or computer. Your recipient can watch, save, and replay the eCard anytime.

How do I receive my eCard?
After purchase, you will receive an email from our secure delivery partner, Sky Pilot, containing an Access Content button. Click this button to view and download your eCard.

How do I send the eCard to my recipient?
To send your eCard, open the delivery email you received from USay Cards and click Forward. Enter your recipient’s email address and send.  Your recipient will click the Access Content button to view and download the eCard.

What devices can I view eCards on?
USay eCards work on all devices — smartphones, tablets, and computers — using your device’s standard video player.

Can I send the eCard to more than one person?
No. Each USay eCard purchase grants a personal, non-commercial license for one intended recipient only. Sharing beyond your designated recipient is not permitted.

Can I share or post the eCard online?
No. USay eCards may not be shared publicly, posted online, redistributed, or used commercially. All artwork and designs remain the intellectual property of USay Cards.

Do eCards expire?
No. Once delivered, your eCard does not expire. You and your recipient may keep and replay it indefinitely for personal use.

Can I personalize the card?
At this time, USay eCards are delivered as designed.

Do you offer physical cards?
A luxury printed USay card collection is currently in development and coming soon.

What if I have trouble accessing my eCard?
If you experience any delivery or download issue, contact us at info@usaycards.com and we will assist you within 48 hours.

Are eCards refundable?
Because USay eCards are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are final. Once an eCard has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
